Originally built in 1883, the Gold Creek Homestead has received a sensitive restoration, adaptive reuse, and purposeful expansion, transforming the compromised historic asset into a vibrant community facility at the heart of The Grove retirement village. 

This renovation transformed a classic brick home in Canberra’s inner north, into a refined three-bedroom Hamptons inspired residence. The outdated floor plan was reconfigured, and a master suite addition was seamlessly integrated at the rear, balancing privacy with connection to the existing home.
