Monarch Building Solutions has been awarded the contract to finalise the design and deliver the new development of 56 independent living apartments for Goodwin, within their established Monash village.
Comprising 32 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom apartments across three two-storey buildings, the project sits over a combined single-level basement providing secure parking, lift access and private storage for residents. Built to an all-electric standard, the apartments will include induction cooking, ducted heating and cooling, double glazing and infrastructure ready for electric vehicle charging, with solar panels servicing common-area electricity.
The new development site sits within Goodwin's established Monash village with close access to the Residential Aged Care Facility, Clubhouse, and other existing facilities. Monarch looks forward to working alongside Goodwin and Dowse Projects to deliver this next stage of purpose-built retirement living for the local community.
