Monarch is delivering the new $20 million Batemans Bay Community Health Facility, a purpose-built centre that will bring together a wide range of essential health services under one roof. Located alongside the Batemans Bay Hospital and Medicare Urgent Care Clinic, the facility has been designed to provide improved access to community-based care for the region.
Once complete, it will house services including allied health, women’s health, Aboriginal health, community mental health, child and family services, nursing and palliative care, pathology and supportive care. The design incorporates modern consultation and treatment rooms, interview spaces, a gymnasium, and multipurpose areas for family, education and group programs.
