Monarch was engaged to complete a full renovation on a family home in Giralang. The layout of the house was adjusted to create a better flow throughout the home; this included swapping the main living room with the master bedroom suite and relocating the kitchen to open up the family living areas.

The brand new kitchen features a custom made benchtop and reclaimed timber support, a feature mirrored in the family room with reclaimed timber used to create a timber panel wall feature and TV unit.

New vinyl timber flooring was laid throughout and new double glazed windows bring a wealth of natural light into the home. The main bathroom and ensuite received welcome upgrades with all new tiling, recessed shower shelf, and quality fixtures and fittings.

The project team worked collaboratively with clients, completing the renovation in two stages to allow the family to remain living in the residence throughout the construction works.
