This three-storey townhouse in Kingston was transformed into a year-round oasis of luxury, comfort, and striking aesthetics. Striving for personalisation, each level of the townhouse was stripped to its concrete shell, providing a clean slate for refurbishment.
Collaborating closely with architects and interior designers, Monarch ensured the design not only met aesthetic aspirations but also remained practical. The comprehensive overhaul included structural modifications for new features like a sundeck podium and internal lift, complemented by upscale finishes such as marble, brushed bronze, and profiled timber. Meticulous craftsmanship and premium finishes characterised the project, maintaining a commitment to quality throughout.
The result is a bespoke residence marked by its distinctive design, exceptional craftsmanship, and timeless appeal.
Communication with the project team was always clear. The timelines accurately laid out and achieved. This is often unheard of in Residential Construction and most residential builders were not interested in the scope of the project. The home was completely gutted and refitted inside and outside and the result was a makeover that far exceeded my expectations.
