Monarch is currently delivering the 9 Sandford Street Electrification project for Infrastructure Canberra under a Design and Construct contract. Works involve the replacement of an undersized substation supplying Buildings 3, 6, 7 and the vehicle storage shelter, along with associated electrical infrastructure upgrades to support the transition away from gas hot water and heating systems to efficient electric heat pump alternatives. 

Having recently completed works at the SES & RFS facility within the same complex, Monarch's team brings first-hand knowledge of the site's existing infrastructure, enabling efficient delivery with minimal disruption.
