Monarch is currently delivering the Design and Construction of the new Record Street Early Learning Centre (ELC) in Goulburn. The project will transform the 1,200m² site into a modern 91-place facility featuring:

  • Five dedicated play rooms with adjoining outdoor play areas

  • A secure reception and entry, lift lobby, offices, staff spaces, meeting room and laundry

  • Purpose-designed amenities including toilets, nappy change facilities, accessible bathroom and ample storage

  • Secure basement-level parking for 25 cars and bicycle storage

  • A lift providing full accessibility

  • Outdoor play spaces featuring soft landscaping, shade structures, and durable hardscape paths

  • Infrastructure upgrades including in-ground services, stormwater systems, electrical network improvements and municipal footpath works
