Monarch is continuing its partnership with St Peter’s Anglican College in Broulee to expand and enhance the campus in response to growing educational demand.

Following the completion of the Vocational Education Technology (VET) Hub and Senior Science Building in 2023, the next phase includes constructing a new Sports Recreation Centre, extending and refurbishing the Cultural Performing Arts Centre, and converting the existing music building into a new History Building.

Additional upgrades encompass improvements to the bus loop pickup/drop-off facilities and the construction of two new staff car parks with associated landscaping. These developments are part of the college’s broader Campus Master Plan, aiming to provide modern, flexible learning environments that support both academic and extracurricular activities.
