Monarch has completed its latest stage of works at St Peter’s Anglican College in Broulee, continuing the ongoing campus expansion in line with the school’s long-term Master Plan.
Building on the Vocational Education Technology (VET) Hub and Senior Science Building delivered in 2023, this stage comprised the construction of a fully enclosed double-court Sports Recreation Centre featuring change rooms, amenities, and four additional classrooms and offices to accommodate both junior and senior Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) staff. The facility required significant structural steel installation and detailed coordination from design through to construction.
The project also included front-of-house improvements, delivering a standalone bus loop to separate bus movements from parent drop-off traffic. This was later expanded to incorporate a new left-turn-only exit onto Train Street to ease congestion around the main roundabout during peak times.
These completed works provide the college with modern, flexible spaces that support both learning and active recreation, while improving safety and traffic flow across the campus.
