Lifeline Canberra provides 24/7 telephone crisis support through its 13 11 14 helpline, a vital service for people in distress and those experiencing thoughts of suicide.
Monarch was engaged to deliver the organisation’s new head office fitout. With just six weeks to complete the works, our team coordinated multiple after-hours crews to meet the critical timeframe.
The project introduced glazed offices, meeting rooms, and breakout areas to create a modern and functional workplace. Central to the fitout was a purpose-built 24-hour crisis centre, featuring individual quiet rooms and a centralised phone booth cluster to support Lifeline’s essential services.
Delivered on time and on budget, the project was met with strong appreciation from the client for both quality and efficiency.
