The Vocational Education Technology Hub at St. Peter’s Anglican College in Broulee is a brand-new education facility forming an integral part of the Campus Master Plan.
Monarch constructed the 1300m2 VET hub, spanning across two distinct buildings interconnected by footpaths to seamlessly integrate with the existing school infrastructure.
The new facility provides multiple purpose built rooms including a commercial food technology kitchen, a hospitality kitchen, food preparation area, tutorial spaces, as well as textiles and arts learning areas. Additionally, the Hub features two outdoor learning spaces, a school canteen, teacher and administration room, a cool room, storage facilities and essential amenities.
The exterior facade showcases a blend of materials, with the use of corbelled brick and Colorbond roofing providing both durable and modern aesthetics.
This project marks another step towards practical education within the college, offering students access to enhanced facilities that further facilitate the development of their practical skills and knowledge.
