Construction at The Crossing in Coombs is now nearing completion, with Monarch stepping in as Managing Contractor after another builder suddenly ceased work on the project in 2023.
Engaged by Defence Housing Australia, the 83-townhouse community features a mix of two- and three-bedroom homes, along with open green spaces, shaded barbecue facilities, and a children’s playground. With works now in the final stages, Monarch looks forward to completing the project and delivering a new neighbourhood for future residents.
