The Deakin Early Learning Centre project has transformed a former church site into a modern 948 m² community facility designed to support up to 120 children, with external playground areas, landscaping, and new car parking. The centre offers high-quality childcare environments along with warm, communal spaces that encourage parent connection and engagement.

The build incorporated a complex architectural form with angled buildings, high raked ceilings, and detailed service coordination. Flexibility is central to the design, allowing the facility to adapt to changing childcare needs and accommodate weekend activities, meetings, and community events. As part of the broader development, the project also delivered two three-bedroom townhouses.
