This residential development in East Albury delivers 24 modern housing units for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation. The project consolidated five existing residential blocks into a single, cohesive development comprising 10 two-bedroom and 14 one-bedroom units, supported by on-site car parking and landscaped communal areas.

Designed with long-term flexibility and community connection in mind, the development provides safe, sustainable and durable housing to meet the region’s growing needs.
