Addressing growing housing demand in the region, this East Albury development delivers 24 contemporary homes for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation. The project consolidated five existing residential blocks into a single, cohesive development comprising 10 two-bedroom and 14 one-bedroom units, supported by on-site car parking and landscaped communal areas.

The overall design prioritises low maintenance, incorporating brick and metal façades, with a mid-height cladding break introduced to simplify future wall cladding replacement, improving both cost efficiency and ease of maintenance.

Designed with long-term flexibility and community connection in mind, the development provides safe, sustainable and durable housing to meet the region’s growing needs.
