Construction is underway on a new residential development in East Albury, delivering 24 modern housing units for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation. The project consolidates five existing blocks into a single, cohesive development featuring 10 two-bedroom and 14 one-bedroom units, along with car parking and landscaped communal areas.

Designed for long-term flexibility and strong community connection, the development will provide safe, sustainable, and durable housing to meet the region’s growing needs.
