Monarch Launches South Coast Office

Monarch Building Solutions is proud to announce the launch of our South Coast office in Batemans Bay, marking an important milestone in our continued commitment to the region.
Having delivered construction projects across the South Coast for more than five years, the establishment of a permanent local presence allows Monarch to better support the growing needs of the region with dedicated, on-the-ground expertise. Our expanded South Coast team will work closely with clients, consultants and communities to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining the high standards Monarch is known for.

Delivering for the South Coast
Monarch currently has several projects underway across the region in Bega, Cobargo and Batemans Bay, and recently finished a major campus redevelopment in partnership with Colliers and St Peter’s Anglican College in Broulee.
Over the past three years, Monarch has delivered a suite of new facilities at St Peter’s Anglican College as part of the school’s Campus Master Plan, responding to growing enrolments and demand for modern, flexible learning environments. The $20 million program of works was completed in October 2025 and includes facilities delivered between 2022 and 2025:

Developed in the aftermath of the 2019–2020 Black Summer bushfires and supported by DISER grant funding, the project represents resilience, growth and long-term opportunity for both the college and the wider community.

Supporting the Local Community
Beyond project delivery, Monarch is committed to contributing positively to the communities in which we work. We are proud to be the Principal Partner of the Batemans Bay Seahawks for the next three years, supporting both the senior men’s and women’s teams as the club prepares for its historic debut in the AFL Canberra Premier Division in 2026.
Monarch is also an ongoing sponsor of the Broulee Boardriders Club, a partnership that commenced in 2024 and reflects our support for grassroots sport and local community organisations.
The launch of our South Coast office reinforces Monarch’s long-term investment in the region and our focus on building strong relationships, delivering quality projects, and supporting the communities we are proud to be part of.
