This general housing development in Wagga Wagga delivers 12 high-quality residential dwellings across two buildings, responding to growing housing demand in regional New South Wales. Delivered for NSW Homes, the project transformed three existing lots into a consolidated two-storey development.
The project comprises eight one-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments, including two adaptable units designed to meet accessibility requirements. All ground floor apartments are compliant with Silver Liveable Housing guidelines, providing step-free access and improved usability for residents.
The development includes on-site parking for eight vehicles, with two accessible spaces, as well as landscaped communal areas that support practical, low-maintenance living. A robust combination of brick and metal façades ensures durability while maintaining a clean, functional architectural outcome suited to regional conditions.
The project was delivered four weeks ahead of the contractual completion date, demonstrating strong programme management and effective collaboration with subcontractors and the client.
