Monarch is currently delivering the Master Builders Australia National Office Fitout in Barton, Canberra.

The project involves transforming part of the building’s first floor into two new tenancies and an upgraded base building area. Works include a 440m² full fitout for MBA, a 177m² partial fitout for the adjoining tenancy, and 75m² of refreshed base building space with new circulation, storage, and wet areas.

The existing areas are being fully demolished and rebuilt to create a modern, functional workplace featuring private offices, collaboration zones, a kitchen and breakout area, and a large boardroom. A carefully considered mix of materials and finishes will bring warmth, texture, and energy to the design, setting a new benchmark in Canberra’s office landscape.
