Monarch Building Solutions was engaged to address waterproofing issues at the City Police Station. Over time, the building had become uninhabitable, compromising city policing services.

The Monarch team identified the root causes and collaborated with engineers and architects to develop and execute a rectification plan. This included installing new waterproofing and flashing on the external façade, along with a new downpipe system to reroute water externally.

Additionally, the project team repaired all water-damaged office areas on the ground floor, demolishing and restoring them to their original state before the damage occurred.

Monarch successfully restored the building’s functionality and safety, ensuring it could once again serve the city’s policing needs.
