Monarch was engaged under a GC21 Design and Construct contract to deliver Canberra’s first precast housing project.

The scope included demolishing the existing residence, designing a new home to ACT Housing guidelines, and constructing a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom C Class Adaptable residence with wide corridors, flush thresholds throughout, and a 7-star energy rating. The home also includes multiple living areas, a double garage, and low maintenance external landscaping.

Finishes, spatial allowances, and high-quality design ensure the home caters to people of all abilities, with features easily modified to accommodate changing household needs.

Notably, this was the first Housing ACT project in Canberra to be handed over defect-free on the first inspection.
