The Bega Sports Complex is a purpose-built hub for sports, recreation and community events. The two-level building offers an indoor multi-sport court, dedicated change rooms, toilets and storage for sports clubs. Supporting amenities include two kiosks, multi-use function rooms, trainer rooms, first aid facilities, a timekeeper’s room and a media room, with the capacity to host multiple events simultaneously across its spaces.
The spectator experience is central to the facility’s design. Outdoor terrace seating spans two elevations on both the east and west sides of the building, while the upper level features a large open concourse viewing area complemented by enclosed indoor viewing spaces, ensuring comfort for supporters and officials in all conditions.
Funded by Bega Valley Shire Council and the NSW Office of Sport, the Bega Sports Complex stands as a long-term investment in the region’s sporting and recreational infrastructure, meeting the community’s current needs for modern, compliant facilities while anticipating the demands of generations to come.
