Monarch was engaged to transform an existing office tenancy into a sophisticated café featuring a fully functioning commercial kitchen.

Although the original office space was not intended to house a commercial kitchen, Monarch’s innovative solutions ensured that the kitchen layout and ceiling heights remained unchanged, with services and equipment tailored to fit within a narrow margin of error.

The café fit out features high-end finishes, including italian marble, Navurban claddings, and raw renders, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere.

This project leveraged Monarch’s service design expertise to navigate the limitations of the existing building while ensuring the architectural design intent remained intact and the space’s functionalities were preserved.
