Monarch constructed two separate multi-residential developments for ACT Housing. The first development, located in Cook, includes five adaptable Class C units with 2- and 3-bedroom options. The second, in Evatt, features five adaptable Class C units, all with 2 bedrooms.
Each unit is designed with spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, incorporating features to ensure ease of use and safety for all occupants. These features include flush threshold access and accessible pathways around each dwelling. The construction uses brick veneer, external cladding, and Colourbond roofing, offering a modern street appeal. Each unit also includes fully fenced, low-maintenance landscaped courtyards.
The thoughtful design and high-quality finishes ensure the homes are suitable for current housing needs while also considering long-term adaptability and resale potential.
