Monarch Wins the Trifecta at the 2022 MBA Awards

Monarch Building Solutions was proud to accept three major awards and a Judges Commendation at the 2022 Master Builders Association ACT and Asset Construction Hire Building Excellence Awards, held at the National Convention Centre on Friday 10 September.
Off to a strong start, Monarch won the first award of the night, with the O’Connor Dual Occupancy project taking home the award for Special Purpose/Adaptable Dwelling.
The run continued with Aria Residences, our premium development in Denman Prospect, winning the Medium Density Townhouses and Villas award and Brunello Wine Bar winning the award for Commercial or Retail Fitout, Refurbishment or Alteration less than $1million alongside interiors team – The Dept. of Design.
Finally, Monarch was also pleased to accept a Judges Commendation for Commercial Construction $5million to $20million for the Pialligo Animal Referral Hospital.
A big congratulations to all of our project teams who have completed some amazing projects over the past year.
These latest awards acknowledge the ongoing distinction Monarch has achieved by being consistently awarded for excellence since 2006.
