Pushing for Better

26 JUN 2023

This June Monarch Building Solutions is proud to have participated in The Push-Up Challenge to help Australia #pushforbetter mental health.

Over the event we aimed for 3,144 push-ups to help raise awareness of mental health and of the lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2021.

As part of the challenge, we completed a massive 30,933 push-ups and raised $2,600 for Lifeline Canberra to help improve mental health and suicide prevention.

The event encourages participants to speak openly about mental health. Each day, those taking part pushed-up while learning about mental health, as the number of push-ups changed from day to day to reflect a vital mental health statistic.

We’re very proud to have been involved in this event and thank everyone who participated in the challenge and all those who donated.
