Monarch is turning Conder Lime!

Monarch is proud to announce that work has commenced on the construction of a Club Lime gym and childcare centre on Sidney Nolan Drive in Conder.

The ground floor area is in excess of 1200m2 and will be split between the gym and a childcare and preschool facility.

Almost 60 car parking spaces will be provided, including 40 rooftop spaces.

Early works are currently progressing well and the gym is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2019.


First Karinya House Home Starter Pack delivered

Monarch was pleased to deliver the first Karinya House Home Starter Pack this morning. Just in time for Christmas!

The packs have been created by Monarch to assist vulnerable women setup their homes after they depart Karinya House. Each Home Starter Pack includes key whitegood items and Monarch anticipates sending out 10–12 packs per year.

Monarch awarded Australian Government WHS accreditation

Monarch Building Solutions has been officially accredited by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC), having successfully met the requirements of the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme.

In order to reach this benchmark Monarch opened its WHS management systems to scrutiny by the OFSC. We're pleased to join the list of accredited builders and thank the OFSC and our auditors for their guidance during this process.
