Monarch Building Solutions is committed to delivering projects of high quality design and construction.

We enjoy working closely with client, designer and contractors to achieve our shared goals.

The objective for our first display home was to create a property to demonstrate the capabilities of Monarch Building Solutions. We dared to push the boundaries of technology, to showcase a range of high-end finishes and products, in order to produce an inspired example of the possibilities available in residential design and living.

For example, a cutting edge CBUS system was installed which allows for the monitoring and control of numerous household features such as audio, air conditioning, lighting, home security and irrigation.

In addition, a wide range of lighting technologies have been featured along with a broad selection of local and imported materials and finishes.

The success achieved by this project not only saw Monarch achieve its goals, it also helped our name become synonymous with quality while also reaching a wider audience.

We are immensely proud of the recognition this home achieved. It was offcially opened by then Chief Minister, Jon Stanhope MLA, and went on to scoop the pool at the 2010 MBA Excellence in Building Awards, claiming both local and national honours for display home of the year.
