Monarch constructed the new grandstand at Walker Park in Yass, NSW following funding received under the Community Sport Infrastructure Grant.

The works include the construction of a concrete tiered grandstand with two virtual commentators’ boxes, Colourbond roofing, broadcasting facilities, civil and road works, and external concreting.

The works also included a new disabled amenities block and car parking facilities separate to the main grandstand structure.

The Monarch project team worked closely with the Yass Valley Council to ensure the entire construction was built to their requirements following current standards and code requirements.
