Backed by the strength of Monarch Building Solutions, MBS Housing is a boutique builder of new homes and enjoys working closely with clients, architects, designers and contractors to achieve its goals.

The project objective was to create a property to demonstrate the breadth of abilities possessed by MBS Housing.

Our objectives have been achieved and this is evident in the range of finishes and products showcased. The Monti provides a stellar example of the possibilities and level of residential design attainable by MBS Housing.

Numerous features such as a large open plan living area, spectacular kitchen and generous bathroom make the house feel like a home.

Working closely with a range of skilled and crafted subcontractors and designers was fundamental to this project’s success.

A home of this quality will leave a legacy on Canberra’s new home market for many years to come.
