Undertaken as part of the broader penthouse refurbishment at Hotel Realm, it was imperative that the bathroom for the upper penthouse complemented the style and finishes of the adjacent suite.

Extraordinary care and attention to detail were required during this project to ensure the highest possible level of finish could be achieved.

The subtlety and calming colour palette of the design provides guests with a soothing sense of luxury. This is further enhanced by the use of high-end materials such as stone, granite, marble and timber panelling. High quality fittings, some of which were custom made for the project, also add to the decadence of this welcoming space.

Working closely with the client, designer and Monarch’s skilled team of builders and subcontractors was fundamental in the successful delivery of this unique and sophisticated project.

This was especially the case in regards to scheduling as access to the site was limited at times so as not to interfere with the daily operation of the hotel. Further, extra pressures were faced due to the lead times involved with sourcing some of the high-end and boutique finishes.
