Monarch completed the façade restoration of the Sydney Building at the corner of Northbourne Avenue, London Circuit, and E Row.

This heritage-listed building holds a special place in Canberra’s history. The restoration aligns with the building’s Conservation Management Plan, carefully matching the original colour scheme and respecting the integrity of the design.

The Sydney and Melbourne Buildings are a key part of the city’s identity and it’s been an honour to help maintain their legacy by preserving their architectural character.
