Monarch recently completed the façade restoration of the Sydney Building at the corner of Northbourne Avenue, London Circuit, and E Row.

This heritage-listed building holds a special place in Canberra’s history, and our work ensures their architectural character is preserved for future generations.

The restoration aligns with the building’s Conservation Management Plan, carefully matching the original colour scheme and respecting the integrity of the design.
