Monarch Building Solutions was engaged by McDonald’s Australia to deliver the playground extension and restaurant refurbishment project at their Gold Creek location.

The works incorporated upgrading the existing restaurant dining area that aligned with the current décor standards to create an open, brighter and more functional dining space as, well as a new state of the art playground.

Challenges included working around the store’s operating hours and putting emphasis on customer experience during the construction. Monarch managed a staged works programme to ensure there were no interruptions to the restaurants trade and maintained 24/7 access for customers and McDonald’s staff.
