Monarch Building Solutions were engaged by Elliott Gray to deliver their new office fit out in Braddon. 

The project brief was to provide a flexible office environment with open plan workstations, private meeting rooms, and a large common area with a fully equipped staff kitchen. The space needed to be transformable for various corporate functions so the ability to mix and match the layout was essential. 

As client privacy is paramount for Elliott Gray, the meeting rooms required immense sound proofing to ensure the discretion of client conversations. Monarch designed a sound proofing system to meet this expectation and have delivered a contemporary office space suitable for their requirements. 

From the first meeting, we knew we wanted Monarch to deliver this project. They ‘’got’’ us straight away and were reassuring and informative. When they won the project, they were again there at every step explaining the process and documentation. 

Throughout the project they were excellent at keeping it to the timeframes and budget and we were delighted with the finished result. The workmanship and quality of the build has exceeded our expectations and we can not recommend them highly enough.
