Previously known as ’Eternity House’ in Deakin, Monarch was engaged to completely refurbish the building, transforming it into what is now known as ‘The Hive’.

The scope of work encompassed a complete internal overhaul over two floors, ensuring a fresh and inviting space for new occupants. Monarch also undertook a full external façade upgrade, incorporating new louvres and full soft and hard landscaping.

As existing services had reached end of life, a full upgrade of the building’s mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic services has restored its aging infrastructure and breathed new life into the building.

The result is a unique and cohesive working environment built to inspire occupants of ‘The Hive’.
