Monarch delivered two multi-residential developments for ACT Housing, located in Chifley and Richardson. The Chifley development comprises six adaptable Class C units with two-bedroom designs, while the Richardson project features five adaptable Class C units, also with two-bedroom layouts.

Each unit prioritises spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, incorporating design elements that ensure ease of use and safety for all residents.

These include flush threshold access and accessible pathways around each dwelling. The constructions feature single-storey brick veneer, Colorbond roofing, and fully fenced, low-maintenance landscaped courtyards.

The Chifley project also incorporates Metrib wall cladding, adding a modern architectural element to the exterior.
