Completed on a secure site, the construction of this training facility followed strict Defence protocols. Measures included special clearances and granting of escort privileges for key staff.

The condition of the work site was hazardous and risks of unmapped services were carefully managed. Existing services required redirection and ground works, which increased lead times. In response, efficiencies were gained through prefabrication as well as judicious management across all stages of construction and remedial site works.

The project was completed with minimal disruption to the base or nearby structures and the facility was handed over within approved budgets ahead of the approved program.
