Monarch Building Solutions was engaged to refurbish a series of buildings on the ADFA campus. The work included painting, walkway replacement, new carpets and window sealing.

Careful coordination was required for work to be carried out in the occupied buildings, with limited availability of areas due to the University teaching program.

The project was completed with minimal disruption and each building was handed over on agreed dates.
