Monarch were engaged by ACT Education via ACT Property Group to deliver multiple primary school transportable infrastructure projects across Canberra.

Works were conducted across seven different Primary School locations including North Ainslie Primary, Palmerston Primary, Taylor Primary, Mawson Primary, Fraser Primary, Mount Rogers Primary and Neville Bonner Primary.

The project incorporated the implementation of all services infrastructure and fit off within each transportable unit, coordination of transportable installation from Melbourne contractor Fleetwood, DDA Access Ramps across all sites, and soft and hard landscaping throughout.

The project timeline was of upmost importance to the client as the works needed to be completed over a six week period during the summer 2020-21 school holidays. Monarch achieved completion on all sites during this period and exceeded all contractual obligations to deliver the works.
