Monarch upgraded the lobby, common areas and end of trip facilities at 51 Allara Street in the City.
The works included an upgraded feature lobby to the entrance of the building, end of trip bathroom facilities, new lockers and bike workshop, as well as an upgrade to the external pavement hardstand and external building signage.
The building remained fully operational during the build process, with the Monarch team required to work in and around the existing tenants and maintain building access 24 hours a day. This added extra build methodology challenges and staging for the project team.
