‘The Crossing’ Coombs completed for DHA

Monarch Building Solutions is proud to announce the completion of The Crossing, a new residential development in Coombs delivered for Defence Housing Australia (DHA).
Comprising 83 thoughtfully designed two- and three-bedroom townhouses, the development provides comfortable, contemporary homes for Defence members and their families, with additional residences available to the public. The Crossing adds to Canberra’s growing housing supply and supports the continued development of the Molonglo Valley region.
Monarch was engaged to complete the project after construction commenced under a previous builder. Taking over an in-progress project required careful planning and collaboration with DHA to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality outcome. The team is proud to have successfully delivered a project that meets the standards and expectations of DHA and future residents.
Monarch extends thanks to DHA and all subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders for their support throughout the project. With The Crossing now complete, Monarch continues to focus on delivering quality residential and mixed-use developments across the Canberra region.
