Monarch Awarded Master Builders Australia National Office Fitout

Monarch has been awarded the Master Builders Australia National Office Fitout project, located in Barton, Canberra.

The project will transform part of the building’s first floor into two new tenancies and an upgraded base building area, including a 440m² full fitout for MBA, a 177m² partial fitout for the adjoining tenancy, and 75m² of refreshed base building space with updated circulation, storage, and wet areas.

Designed by DNA Architects, the existing spaces will be fully demolished and rebuilt to create a modern, functional workplace featuring private offices, collaboration zones, a kitchen and breakout area, and a large boardroom. A thoughtful mix of materials and finishes will bring warmth, texture, and energy to the design, making this a standout project in Canberra’s office landscape.
