History repeats for Monarch

27 November 2017

Monarch Building Solutions proudly accepted the Master Builders National Display Home Award ($500,000–$1.5 million) in recognition for our flagship display home, Schlich Haus, which was completed in 2016. The award was presented in Hobart on Saturday 25 November at the 2017 National Excellence in Building and Construction Awards.

Our first display home (Irwin Street, Yarralumla) also won the corresponding award at the MBA’s 2010 National Awards.

“We’ve built two flagship display homes and both have been awarded on the national stage,” said Marco Galeotti, Director. “We’re very proud of that achievement.

“The award for Schlich Haus is wonderful recognition of our relentless pursuit for excellence and the outstanding quality achieved by our staff, design team and subcontractors.

“Monarch has a proud history of awards and we are pleased to see we continue to be considered among the best builders in Australia.”

Schlich Haus was eligible for the MBA’s national awards program following its success at the ACT awards in June, when the house received wins in four categories and two judges’ commendations.
