Albury Pumphouse Triumphs

We are excited to announce that the Albury Pumphouse won the award for Restoration of an Historic Building at the 2024 Riverina Murray Regions Excellence in Building Awards.  This achievement marks a significant milestone as the first award received by our Albury office and adds to Monarch's proud legacy of awards for building excellence.

The successful refurbishment of the Albury Pumphouse has transformed it into a vibrant creative arts facility for the community, while preserving the industrial architecture and remnants of its past as a pumping station.

Congratulations to our project team whose work and dedication led to the success of this project. As we celebrate this achievement, we remain committed to delivering outstanding results on every project we undertake and look forward to more successful projects in the future.
