The women of Monarch prove there are multiple opportunities for a career in the construction industry, including project management, contracts administration, accounts, marketing, graphic design and more. 

Although some of our ladies never previously considered a career in building and construction, they love the diverse nature of the work and the responsibility of building the communities and homes in which we live in.
