Start from experience, not from scratch

We have just welcomed two more cadets to the Monarch team, who are now settled in and ready to kick start their career. With all four currently studying at the University of Canberra, our cadets are currently gaining real-world experience while they study, by supporting the project delivery teams throughout each stage of our current projects.

Matt, Griffin, and our newest recruits Connor and Tommy are the latest in a long line of cadets to join the Monarch ranks. Over the last five years, 10 cadets have gained valuable experience while working in both commercial and residential project teams at Monarch.

We are proud to offer these young people support, training and a promising start to a career in this industry.

 

Matt (4th year UC student), Connor (1st year UC student), Tommy (3rd year UC student), and Griffin (2nd year UC student) are the current intake of Monarch’s cadet program.
