Winners at 2021 MBA Building Excellence Awards

Monarch Building Solutions were honoured to receive the award for ‘Commercial fitout, refurbishment or alteration less than $1 million’ for the Blue Gum Extension project at the 2021 Master Builders Association ACT and Asset Construction Hire Building Excellence Awards.
A big congratulations to our project team and architect, Paul Barnett Design Group, who worked collaboratively throughout this one of a kind project.
The Blue Gum Extension also received a Judges Commendation for ‘Best Use of Material in a Commercial Project’ with the amazing brickwork featured throughout.
“The project brief was to create an aesthetically beautiful and inspiring multipurpose space that visually linked the indoors with to the natural world to elicit a sense of awe and wonder.
The teams have delivered a wonderful and functional new space for students and staff to enjoy.”
But it didn’t stop there!
Monarch was also proud to accept a Judges Commendation for ‘Commercial fitout, refurbishment or alteration ($1million to $5 million)’ for the NGA Visitor Services Hub project.
