The Royal Military College - Duntroon Live-In Accommodation refurbishments took place across three double storey heritage protected buildings. Maintenance works included carpet replacement, roofing works, accommodation rooms refurbishment, bathroom upgrades, lead paint removal, fire service upgrades, electrical and plumbing upgrades, kitchenette upgrade, and a new structurally engineered retaining wall.
Monarch developed a successful working relationship with RMC base stakeholders to ensure specific needs of the project were met. This included installing purpose-built bed frames and wardrobe joinery to store training gear, scheduling works to allow for ongoing parade ground use, and continued design collaboration to preserve heritage protected building fabric.
