Owen Crescent is an urban infill project along the Northbourne Avenue corridor in Lyneham. The three-storey apartment complex consists of 14 dwellings.

The development is being constructed for Housing ACT, part of the ACT Government’s Community Servcies Directorate.

Monarch’s extensive experience with this scope of construction and the client meant we were ideally suited for the project. This includes the requirements surrounding Livable Housing Guidelines, as well as principles of adapability and low‑maintenance.
