Monarch were engaged to execute Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the construction works at the Master Builders Association Head Office in Canberra as the current staff amenities and reception areas had become dated and unfit for purpose.

The new layout features open plan workstations, glass partitioned offices and meeting rooms, breakout spaces, printing and storage facilities, as well as a fully equipped staff kitchen and lunch room.

This project also included the refurbishment of two bathrooms, a newly designed airlock and reception area with highly detailed joinery creating a welcome entrance for staff and visitors.
