Monarch was engaged to complete a full office refurbishment for the Defence Innovation Hub at Brindabella Business Park. 

This project saw a complete demolition of the existing fitout, followed by re-fitting the space with a new layout and modern finishes. Monarch were responsible for ensuring the office met the specific defence network criteria requirements and engaged an external contractor to install the secure defence network for the office tenants.
