Monarch was engaged to upgrade the Training Centre at ADFA to increase the building’s capacity and improve the educational capabilities. The refurbishment of the existing theatre included new theatre seating, carpet, paint and significant AV upgrades. An internal refurbishment of offices and syndicate rooms included paint, carpet, AV upgrades and installation of a new operable wall for enhanced learning spaces.

This building upgrade also included the supply and installation of new meeting room furniture as well as upgraded mechanical infrastructure for the building.
