Monarch was engaged by Karabar Property to develop a service station site in accordance with 7-Eleven’s specifications.
Demolition of the existing petrol station required remediation works to remove old fuel tanks. Monarch sought extra classification of the excavated soil and found it was able to be reused at a nearby site, thereby saving our client significant costs.
New environmentally friendly fuel tanks and lines were installed prior to the commencement of on site amenities, which include forecourt, canopy, sales building and landscaping.
Monarch was able to complete its works without disruption to the adjacent shops and ahead of schedule, which allowed 7-Eleven to bring forward its opening by two weeks.
